MAKING WAVES

My search for eternal sunshine, endless tan and the perfect bikini continues with this weeks adventure taking me to Byron Bay. The clear water and fresh air has stolen my soul and makes for an amazing photo to show off two of my favourite bikinis. NLP neoprene metallic blue is one way to stand out on the sand but blend into the ocean like a mermaid. Zulu and Zephyr bare essential bikini is true to it’s word, this is an essential to any ladies wardrobe, day to night, bikini to bra.

FASHIONABLY LATE

You could say that I’m ‘fashionably late’ to celebrate ALEXANDER WANG x HM joining forces. This collection definitely brings out my inner athlete with a sexy twist. Swinging my hips down the street in my WANG boxer shorts and crop top makes you question whether I’m going to sweat it at the gym or sit down to dine, I guess thats why you call it sportluxe. Of course anything black, denim, leather, scuba and such, has me right in the door. Lets hope that this sell out collection drops again for mayhem round two or lets guess the next guest to collaborate.

RESORT TO ZIMMERMANN

If there wasn’t enough of an excuse already to indulge in each Zimmermann season, now with a revamp of there Bondi Junction store it’s a must to pop in. This iconic Australian brand led by sisters Nicky and Simone Zimmermann are known for their beautiful high-fashion ready to wear, swim and a very successful expansion abroad (no surprises there).  To celebrate all this excitement I got to play with some of my favourite pieces available in-store. Wrapped in silk, broidery anglaise and delicious prints I have fallen in love and my wish list has begun.

STRIPPED BACK / COCONUT OIL

It’s one thing to feed your body with a healthy diet but its also important to remember what your body absorbs as well. On my days off I love to strip back from my usual work routine, no make up and no blow dried hair. I actually feel my most sexy on these days, I treat it like a quick rejuvenation. One ingredient that keeps my skin, hair and body feeling naturally healthy is COCONUT OIL.  You’ve probably heard it all before, at least I hope you have because it’s no secret, it’s the nut of all nuts that keeps on giving.

SKIN:
The way I use coconut oil on my face is more of a treat (once a week or when I am feeling very dry). My body on the other hand loves it everyday, literally drinks it in. I find the best time to apply is after a hot shower or bath.

-Scoop out and run through hands too warm up oil
-Rub all over body, focusing on your dry spots
-My bum, thighs and legs get a good dosage
A little goes a long way!

HAIR:
Coconut oil has been a savour after growing my hair back from bleach blonde to natural and healthy. Once a week I leave this treatment in overnight for a deep nourishment and wash out the excess in my morning routine.

-Scoop out as much as you wish
-Massage as much as you want
-Leave in for as long as you can
Simple!

BATH:
It’s the full treatment and a complete must if you haven’t tried it. I rub coconut oil all over and lie there to basically cook. It doesn’t sound glamourous but it’s amazing, especially if you love baths like me.

-Draw a bath
-Scoop out oil
-Rub it all over your body (coconut oil hair mask as well)
-The oil wil start to melt in the bath (be careful it might start to get slippery)
-After cooking for as long as you can, jump out
-Dab body dry
You should feel like a smooth baby’s bum and smell like a tropical holiday!

THE WHITE T-SHIRT, EIGHT WAYS, EIGHT STYLES

We all know the classic white t-shirt never fails to impress, but still this doesn’t stop me from playing dress ups with some of the best cuts and styles I have found. From all white chic to printed fun, my twist on eight ways with eight styles has begun (sorry for the rhyme).
